The moon is strung by hand.

For many years, I accompanied individuals as they moved through uncharted territories of the psyche. That experience shapes my painting practice, where I explore subtle shifts in perception, attention, and emotion—mapping landscapes of sensation, memory, and imagination.

This collection is rooted in the belief that small, deliberate gestures can alter inner worlds and ripple outward. The slightest movement—of attention, of energy, of intention—can shift how we experience ourselves and the world.

The paintings are made of layers of energetic matter, gradually building images that invite feelings, memories, and recognition. Each layer is a gesture, imbued with intention, decoded or revealed by the viewer.

The moon is strung by hand is also about the power of one. How we choose to spend our precious, analog energy is an act of resistance, a rebellion against a culture that rewards speed, scale, and disembodiment. Working slowly with our hands and carefully choosing the ways we are in the world is a form of power.

This is how we string the moon: through small, intentional acts.
